Please send the completed form, along with 6 images of your work (600 x 800 pixels, 150 dpi) and a recent passport-sized photograph of yourself, to our email address at zfa-art@hotmail.com.

Please note that the maximum attachment size per email is 7MB. If your reference materials add up to more than that, please send those in multiple emails. Due to past difficulties, please refrain from using QQ email service when emailing us.

请将填好的表格，连同您的6张作品图像（每张图像大小应小于600 x 800 pixels,150 dpi）及一张近期护照照片(２寸),

附件尺寸不能超出7MB。 如超出， 请分成单独电子文件发送。
