Please send the completed form, along with 4 images of your work and a recent passport-sized photograph of yourself, to our email address at zfa-art@hotmail.com.

Please note that the maximum attachment size per email is 20MB. If your reference materials add up to more than that, please send those in multiple emails. Due to past difficulties, please refrain from using QQ email service when emailing us.
